Why membership?

The Christian life is not meant to be lived alone. When Jesus saves us, we are adopted into a family. The very nature of the Christian life is communion with that family. The Bible teaches that we are to submit to one another in covenant community and church membership is our way of identifying who we are in covenant with. 

How do I become a member?

There are three steps to becoming a member of Grace:

  1. Go through Discover Grace:
    DG is an introduction to the mission, values, and discipleship pathway of Grace Bible Church. You will also learn about our leadership structure, our church history, and membership process. DG is available online in a video course by request here. It will also be available once in the spring and once in the fall as a lunch. Click here to be contacted about the next lunch. 

  2. Fill out an application for membership:
    Membership applications can be filled out by clicking here.

  3. Meet with pastors for a membership interview:
    We want to make sure that you and your family feel confident in your decision to join our church family. The membership interview is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to ask any questions you may have about our church that weren’t covered in Discover Grace. Once you fill out the Membership Application, we will be in touch with you about scheduling a membership interview.
